Air Charter Product

At Elite we believe your flight should be a positive and proudly memorable event. We want your passengers to feel great about the experience and for you to have the confidence to associate your corporate brand with our air charter product.


We offer the following standard charter product to all our customers:

1. Elite Service Promise: Our assurance to you that we're acting in your very best
    interests from the moment you contact us in finding the right solution.

2. 50 Point Action Checklist: Putting all of our industry knowledge at your disposal,
    we establish your exact requirements covering every variable element of your
    flight event. We then replicate the process with your chosen airline and service
    providers to ensure every product delivery and operational detail has been
    covered.

3. Flight Managers: From inception you will be allocated a dedicated Flight 
    Manager who will project manage your flight. Long before the first departure,
    your Flight Manager will have met with all parties involved with your flight to
    ensure all arrangements are in place. They will be one step ahead of your
    passengers both on the ground and in the air to ensure product delivery is to
    your exact requirements.

4. Press Management: We have the necessary in house expertise to project
    manage all press related enquiries and "on the day" media interest for all of your
    Elite Air flights. If desired, we can deploy a Public Relations Specialist at both 
    points of departure and arrival.


We offer the following charter product upgrades to all customers*:

1. Executive Transport to/from Airports: Limos and executive transport can be
    arranged for one or all of your passengers on both departure and arrival,
    fully managed and co-ordinated with your flight(s) by your Flight Manager.

2. VIP Catering at Departures: Captivate the attention of your passengers at the
    earliest possible opportunity with pre-flight appetizers, canapes, elegant
    beverages and live entertainment. We are fortunate to be partnered with the
    very best event caterer in the field working with some of the UK's most
    prestigious clients.

3. Flight Enhancements: Aircraft branding, personalized in-flight entertainment,
    private lounges and airside access to name just a few.

4. Assisted Baggage Reclaim: On arrival at destination, we can arrange for your
    passengers bags to be taken directly from the aircraft to the individual hotel
    guest rooms ready for their arrival.
