3. Submit our formal quotation within 24 hours of contacting us Subject to availability, we will advise our three most workable solutions with inclusive prices, normally the same working day but always within 24 hours.
4. Offer to meet at your offices within 48 hours of contacting us We will offer to arrange a meeting to take place within 48 hours of first contact to discuss our quotations in more detail and answer any questions. Once you have confirmed your charter with us, we will work through our 50 point checklist with you to confirm every detail has been covered to your exact requirements.
5. A contract in your hands within 24 hours of confirmation For your own peace of mind, a signed contract will be in your hands within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation for the charter from you. Our contract includes an extensive annex detailing your service delivery plan, created following our meeting and checklist review with you.
6. An aircraft inspection visit within 5 working days Subject to local airport security arrangements, we will endeavour to put in place an aircraft visit to allow you to inspect the contracted aircraft, meet the crew and review your selected catering.
