Elite Air Adds Trio of Florida-Based Heavy Jets

Elite Air recently added three heavy jets to its growing management and charter fleet: a brand new Bombardier Global 5500, a Gulfstream G500 and a Gulfstream G650. The trio of aircraft, all based in Central and West Florida, will be available for charter in the coming weeks.

With the three additions, Elite Air's managed fleet now surpasses 30 aircraft, a significant milestone for the St. Petersburg-headquartered leader in private jet charter and aircraft management.

Elite Air played a direct role in the acquisition of the Global 5500 and G500, guiding the purchasing process for two longtime clients before seamlessly integrating the jets into its charter and management programme.

“This kind of growth doesn't happen by chance,” Elite Air president AJ Becker said. “It comes from years of building trust with our clients, many of whom we've helped transition from charter customers to aircraft owners. These new jets elevate our ability to serve travellers with world class service and true global reach.”

The three newly available jets offer long-range performance and nonstop access to destinations across the Americas, Europe and beyond. Each features a refined, spacious cabin, lie-flat seating, full-service galleys and high-speed wireless internet, which is ideal for both business and personal travel.

Elite Air manages and charters multiple Global models. The new 5500 can carry up to 13 passengers 6,000 for nautical miles at nearly Mach 1. The new Gulfstream airframes join a G450 already available for charter from Elite Air and offer considerable increases in cabin size and range. The G650 is part of Gulfstream's legendary GVI line, widely considered some of the most luxurious private jets in the world.

With private aviation demand holding strong across the industry, Elite Air continues to grow its charter fleet while staying rooted in personalised service and long-term client relationships. “We are truly honoured that our clients continue to show confidence in us to manage and charter some of the finest aircraft available anywhere in the world,” Becker said.
